Nihar Malaviya has been CEO of New York-based Penguin Random House since 2023 and is also a member of Bertelsmann's Group Management Committee. In an interview with Isabelle Körner, he talks about the international publishing industry – the challenges he sees, the value of creative content for Bertelsmann, and the advantages/benefits of artificial intelligence.
