RTL Group

RTL Group is a leading entertainment company across broadcast, streaming, content, and digital, with interests in 52 television channels, six streaming services, and 40 radio stations. The Group’s families of TV channels are either number one or number two in five European countries. RTL Deutschland is the Group’s largest business unit and Germany’s leading entertainment company, operating across TV, streaming, radio, digital, and publishing. RTL Group's streaming services include RTL+ in Germany and Hungary, and M6+ in France. Fremantle is one of the world’s largest creators, producers, and distributors of scripted and unscripted content, and is responsible for more than 11,000 hours of programming per year, alongside an international network of teams operating in 28 countries. Bertelsmann is the majority shareholder of RTL Group, holding 75 percent of its shares.

Television

Every day, millions of people in Europe choose RTL Group channels - from RTL, Vox and NTV in Germany to M6 in France and the RTL channels in Luxembourg and Hungary. What do they have in common? They inform, entertain and touch - with relevant content for all ages and interests.

Streaming

RTL Group's broadcasters operate six streaming services, including RTL+ in Germany and Hungary and M6+ in France. RTL Group's technology company Bedrock provides the technical platform for most of its streaming services and offers state-of-the-art content creation and personalization features. In total, the various streaming services now have over 8 million paying subscribers.

Radio

RTL Group has written European radio history with Radio Luxembourg and the RTL brand. Today, its radio stations are still among the most popular in Europe, reaching millions of listeners each day.

Fremantle is one of the world's largest creators, producers and distributors of fiction and non-fiction content, producing more than 11,000 hours of programming annually and operating with an international network of teams in 28 countries. Fremantle develops and produces a range of award-winning programs in the fields of entertainment, drama & film and documentaries.
