Opening of Bertelsmann's "The Enterprise of Opera" in Brussels
Documents by the composer Giuseppe Verdi and other unique testaments to Italian opera history have been on display at the Palais des Beaux Arts in Europe’s capital city. The exhibit uses scores, librettos, selected correspondence, stage sets and figurines to show how Verdi’s two late operas “Otello” and “Falstaff” came into being.
