Udacity Wins Excellence In Customer Service Award
Udacity has been honored by the Business Intelligence Group with an Excellence in Customer Service Award. The online education provider won in the category “Organization of the Year”. The awards recognize organizations, service providers, executives and products that are helping companies better communicate with their customers to provide a differentiated level of customer service.
The online education provider Udacity, with Bertelsmann as one of its key investors via the Bertelsmann Education Group, has been honored with an Excellence in Customer Service Award. With its annual awards presented in various categories, the Business Intelligence Group has been recognizing organizations, service providers, executives and products for leadership qualities and innovations since 2012. The Excellence in Customer Service Award recognizes those who are helping companies better communicate with their customers to provide a differentiated level of customer service. “The role of customer service is changing every day, and the winners of this year’s program highlight the people, organizations and products that are really improving how consumers connect with companies,” said Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of the Business Intelligence Group. In total, 85 companies, executives and products are this year’s winners of the Excellence in Customer Service Awards. Udacity won in the category “Organization of the Year” among companies with 100-999 employees. In January, the online education provider received a coveted Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Award in Gold in the category “Best Advance in Emerging Learning Technology”.
