At the beginning of each year, the music world looks to Los Angeles, where the Recording Academy awards the Grammys to singers, songwriters, composers, production managers and sound engineers - they are considered the most important music awards in the world, comparable to the film industry’s Oscars (Academy Awards). Last Sunday, the time had come once again: this time, the trophies in the form of golden gramophone sculptures were awarded in a total of 91 categories. BMG artists and songwriters were among the winners at the 65th awards ceremony, which was broadcast live on TV from the Crypto.com Arena. BMG artists and songwriters were directly nominated a total of 23 times, and contributed to an additional 11 Grammy-nominated works. Penguin Random House Audio had two audiobook productions in the running for awards.
