‘Can’t Get Enough’: J.Lo Releases New Single
“Canʼt Get Enough” is the title of the first single from Jennifer Lopez’ upcoming new studio album. “This Is Me … Now” will be released on February 16, 2024, by Nuyorican/BMG. It is the international superstar’s first album in nearly a decade. The companion film will launch on the same day on Amazon Prime.
“Canʼt Get Enough” – with this promising first single, the labels Nuyorican/BMG raise the appetite for the new studio album “This Is Me … Now” by international superstar Jennifer Lopez, aka J.Lo, which will be released on February 16. It is her first studio album in nearly a decade and follows the successful album “This Is Me … Then” released in 2002. The companion film “This Is Me … Now: A Love Story” will launch on the same day and will be available in more than 240 countries and regions via Prime Video.
“This Is Me ... Now” was written and recorded at Jennifer Lopez’s Los Angeles home and produced by herself and a lineup of hit producers, including Rogét Chahayed (Doja Cat, Travis Scott), Angel Lopez (Jack Harlow), and Jeff “Gitty” Gitelman (H.E.R). Additional songwriter-producers were Hitboy (Drake), Ink (Beyonce), Tay Keith (Nicki Minaj), Yeti Beats (Doja Cat), Carter Lang (SZA), Kim “Kaydence” Krysiuk (Ariana Grande). Brandon Riester of BMG served as A&R for the project. “This Is Me … Now” blends elements of pop, R&B and hip-hop influences, combined with Jennifer Lopez’s unmistakable voice.
The companion film “This Is Me … Now” of Nuyorican Productions, filmed by award-winning music, film and advertising director Dave Meyers, is an intimate, contemplative and humorous observation of the stars’ publicly discussed love life. According to BMG, Meyers and Lopez created an “extravagant visual and audio feast with impressive choreographies, star cameos, costumes, sets, and blockbuster-worthy pictures”. The film is a “heart-warming ode to Lopez’s journey of self-healing and her everlasting belief in a fairytale ending”.
