Bertelsmann Seeking Top Talent for Renowned Career Event in Berlin

• 17th edition of the ‘Talent Meets Bertelsmann’ career event
• Event is open to students from all disciplines
• Top-tier event from June 16 to 18, 2025 in Berlin

Gütersloh / Berlin, April 23, 2025 – Bertelsmann, the international media, services, and education group, is once again inviting students from across Europe to its Talent Meets Bertelsmann career event at Bertelsmann Unter den Linden in Berlin. Students from across all disciplines are invited to apply. The application deadline is April 27. The selected talent can then network with companies at the career event, which takes place from June 16 to 18. This will be the 17th edition of Talent Meets Bertelsmann, the highlight of Bertelsmann’s award-winning employer-branding campaign “Create Your Own Career.”

Immanuel Hermreck, Chief HR Officer at Bertelsmann, says: “Talent Meets Bertelsmann highlights what is special about our company like no other event. The students who come to Berlin from all over Europe reflect our international orientation. Their enthusiasm and their different professional perspectives reflect the diversity of our Group.”

“In recent years,” he continued, “we have recruited more than 200 participants following the event. We organize regular meetings for our alumni network of around 900 members and are in close contact with them. This network speaks for the success story of Talent Meets Bertelsmann, a story that we will continue with this year’s 17th edition.”

Participants can network and exchange ideas with Bertelsmann managers in workshops and discussions. Among other things, they will develop presentations that they will then present to an international jury consisting of the Bertelsmann Executive Board and top managers from the Group. Attractive prizes await the best teams. In addition, all participants receive an offer of coaching opportunities – for the rest of their (working) lives. Artificial Intelligence will be a particular focus of this year’s event.
