Gail Rebuck has worked for the Penguin Random House division in London for many years and serves as Group Creative Coordinator of Bertelsmann. In an interview with Isabelle Körner, she talks about her work for the world’s leading trade publishing group, her efforts for charitable causes, and the four new Creativity Principles that Bertelsmann is now providing as a compass to its employees as they produce creative content. This is the second time Gail Rebuck has been a guest on the podcast.
