Credit Rating

A credit rating is an assessment of the creditworthiness of an issuer, called the Issuer Rating, or of a financial instrument such as bonds, known as the Instrument Rating.

Since 2002 Bertelsmann has an Issuer Rating from the rating agencies Moody's and S&P Global Ratings. Bertelsmann's current ratings are as follows:
