The UFA Film Nights are an international success story. Since 2012, Bertelsmann and UFA have presented screenings of selected silent films with live musical accompaniment. Since 2014, the festival has taken place in Berlin's Unesco World Heritage Site "Museumsinsel". The interplay of music and film in what is perhaps the city’s most beautiful temporary open air cinema is a highlight of Berlin’s cultural summer every time.
